  • Tea tree essential oil  4 drops
  • Lemon essential oil 4 drops

How to prepare tea tree oil diffuser to fight bacteria


When mixing the oils, put them into 2 ml or any clean bottle with a reasonable size. Mix the oils completely by rolling them between your hands.

Tea tree oil diffuser for colds


Ingredients



  • Tea tree essential oil  4 drops
  • Eucalyptus essential oil 4 drops
  • Vicks vapor Rub 1 tablespoon


How to use this diffuser for colds


In the first place, clean your skin very well with clean water. Then, boil 3 cups of purified water. When the water is boiled, remove it from heat and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes. Then, add your essential oils drop by drop, and then follow by Vicks Vapor rub.

Place the bawl at a place where you can sit while the steam is blowing you. Take a clean towel and cover yourself with the bawl.

Lean your head over the bawl with your face 10-12 inches faraway from the bawl.

Make sure you close your eyes during the steaming until you complete it.

This is because when you open your eyes, the oils may irritate your eyes. Be inhaling the vapor through the nose and exhaling it through the mouth.

Note: ensure that you are not allergic to any oil before you use them.

Tea tree oil diffuser for feet odor


Ingredients



  • Water  8 cups
  • Rosemary sprigs 2
  • Tea tree oil 15 drops
  • Carrier oil  21/2 tablespoons


Note: preferably, you need to use grapeseed oil, almond oil, and jojoba oil as your carrier oil.

How to prepare the diffuser


Find a large clean and measure 8 cups of clean hot water into the container. Then, sprinkle sprigs of Rosemary into this hot water and allow it to dissolve for 10-15 minutes.

Before you transfer the oils into the mixture, blend the carrier oil and tea tree oil together. Then, transfer the blended oils into the container of hot water and Rosemary herbs when you assured that the sprigs of Rosemary are completely immersed in the hot water.

Put your feet into the container and leave it to stay for about 15 minutes. Repeat this procedure two times a day.

When you are undergoing this process and the sprigs of Rosemary, oils, and hot water separate, sweet with your feet to mix them.

And when you finish, towel dry your feet with a clean towel. Repeat this treatment 2 times a week and stop when you feel satisfied.
